Here are a few of my favourites from Heidi's 30th birthday. Hope you like! :)
Giselle
It's not long now before Giselle goes back to Mexico. I hope these photos are a nice reminder of the time she has spent in Australia.
We went to Roma Street Parklands, where I'd never been before, and never knew existed. If you haven't seen it for yourself - DO IT!
It's like stepping into Wonderland (the Disney version, not the Tim Burton one, which I haven't seen, and don't know yet if I want to...) One day I will do a post of all the weird and wonderful flowers we saw, but for now, here is Giselle in Wonderland. :)

First thoughts on the iMac...
It's big, it's beautiful, it's fancy, it makes me feel rich and professional, but all my photos look extra-saturated on this screen. That would probably be an issue with the old laptop I was using, and not the Mac, so I apologise about the intense colour of some previous photo shoots. My style tends to be slightly DE-saturated, so seeing this was a bit of a shock for me. From now on I will fix that. :)
Since no post is complete without a photo, here is the "customary-for-all-Mac-virgins-Photo-Booth-photo" of me. Yes, that is me perplexed. The Mac was doing strange things. I felt powerless. So I took a photo.

Coming Soon...
At the moment I am learning to use an iMac and Photoshop CS4. While I get the hang of things, here is a sneak peek at what I am working on.
Heidi... (Happy 30th!)
Giselle...
And yes, of course, the wedding is still coming! Please be patient! I took over 2000 photos and going through them all is taking a while. Not to mention getting the hang of uploading, browsing, editing, resizing, adding a signature, then putting on the blog. It's all so different on a Mac! And the transition from Elements 2.0 to CS4 is like going from a bicycle to a car! Trust me!
Enjoy your week everyone! :)

I'm too excited to be nervous!
That's right! I'm counting down with the bride and groom for their's and my first wedding! For them I am sure it will be their ONLY wedding, but for me I hope it's the first of many!
This is a sneek peek of one of the locations we found for photos. This tree is amazing! I can't wait to try some more stuff with it.
So stay tuned! Hopefully within a week of the 13th I will have something to show.
:)
